Scheduling Appointments

We appreciate that our patients have important commitments throughout the day and respect the value of their time. Our priority is to ensure that appointments start promptly, minimize stress during the appointment, and avoid disruptions to your busy schedule.

For your convenience, please allocate the following time for each appointment type:

• Initial Examination: 30-45 minutes
• Records: 30-45 minutes
• Bonding: 60-90 minutes
• Adjustments: 30-45 minutes (unless otherwise stated)

Importance of Appointments:
To ensure high-quality orthodontic care, it is crucial not to miss any scheduled appointments. Orthodontic forces need regular monitoring during the treatment.

Appointment Rescheduling:
We understand that unexpected events may arise, and you may need to reschedule an appointment. Please notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to enable us to accommodate other patients. As our appointments are scheduled eight weeks in advance, rescheduling is subject to availability, and you may need to reschedule during school/work hours. Hence, we encourage you to attend your regularly scheduled visit whenever possible.

Office Hours:

• Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
• Friday: By appointment only
