Sheryl is a native of Chesnee, SC. She is a graduate of Spartanburg Community College with an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant degree. She has worked in orthodontics since college graduation and absolutely loves what she does. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Chuck, have two girls, Bridget and Monica, that have completely stolen their hearts. Sheryl loves riding bicycles on nature trails and just being outdoors! Sheryl says that living for God is the most important thing to her. She loves to come to work and be able to have fun with the patients, as well as help create beautiful smiles for them.

Kim is a native of Cowpens, SC. She is a graduate of Spartanburg Community College and has worked in the dental field for 30 years. She began working in orthodontics in 2006 and loves to see her patients’ smile transformations. She and her husband, Shane, have been married for 30 years and have recently been blessed with their first grandchild, Norah. When she isn’t at work, Kim can be found spending precious time with her family and usually with a cup of coffee in hand. Her faith in Christ is the foundation of everything else in her life and she loves her church, where her husband is the pastor. Kim loves her dog Jake, Christmastime, and worship music. Her favorite aspect of her job is being able to connect with patients and watch their confidence grow.

Lisbeth is from Spartanburg, SC. She graduated from Boiling Springs High School in 2017 and has since graduated from Spartanburg Community College with an Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Degree. Lisbeth is bilingual, assisting both our English-speaking and Spanish-speaking patients! In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Lisbeth really enjoys working at Southern Smiles because she loves seeing patients happy with their progress.

Keri was born and raised in Gaffney, SC. She graduated from Gaffney high school in 2015 then soon after obtained her certification in dental assisting. Keri has been working in the dental field since 2017, and her favorite thing is seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces when they have completed treatment. In her spare time, you can find Keri camping, mountain biking, or hiking with her husband, Kenneth. She is always looking for her next adventure. When Keri is not outside, she enjoys shopping, getting brunch with friends, and indoor cycling. Keri is excited to be a part of Southern Smiles orthodontics and looks forward to meeting new patients every day.

Karen is from Spartanburg, SC. She attended Polk County High School and is a graduate of Appalachian State University. Karen is an avid coffee drinker and loves watching movies in her free time. When she isn’t at work, she loves spending time with her husband and spunky cockapoo Penelope. Karen’s favorite part about working at Southern Smiles Orthodontics is building lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Ansleigh is from Spartanburg, SC. She graduated high school from Lighthouse Christian Academy in Hendersonville, TN. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Ansleigh loves her job, and her favorite part of her job is seeing the patients so excited about how far they have come in their orthodontic progress.

Luba is from Spartanburg, SC. She graduated from Spartanburg Community College with an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant Degree. She is Trilingual, speaking Russian, Ukrainian, and English. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends. What Luba loves most about orthodontics is the face pace which makes it really fun and exciting to learn something new every day.

Morgan is from Chesnee, SC. She graduated from Spartanburg Community College with an Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Degree and joined the Southern Smiles team in the summer of 2020. Morgan says the reason why she became an orthodontic dental assistant is to help others feel confident in their smile and show them that they have a reason to smile! In Morgan’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, singing and playing instruments, and most of all, serving the Lord. Morgan says she wouldn’t be where she is today without Him and hopes to be a light to everyone around her!

Anna is a North Carolina native. She pursued her love for dental at Spartanburg Community College and graduated with an Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Degree. In her free time, you will find her spending it with her husband, Justin, and two boys, Eli and Caden. Anna enjoys working at Southern Smiles because she loves how patients start to radiate with confidence towards the end of their treatment.

Susan is from Washington, DC. She pursued her love for dental at Prince George’s Community College and graduated with an Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Degree. She has 42 years of experience in Orthodontics and TMJ. In her free time, you will find her working in her garden and flowers. She attends Hope church in Spartanburg and absolutely loves it. She loves seeing the before and after look from Orthodontic treatment with each patient.

Julia is from Spartanburg, SC. She graduated from Spartanburg Community College with an Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Degree. She is bilingual, speaking English and Russian. During her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends. Whenever she gets the chance, she likes traveling and exploring new cities. Julia really enjoys working at Southern Smile because she loves to see how patients grow more confident with their smiles.

Erin is from Chesnee, SC. She graduated high school from Chesnee High School and attended Spartanburg Community College for 4 years. Erin enjoys raising her 3 boys with her high school sweetheart of 17 years. In her free time, you can find her reading a good book or taking a nap. Erin loves her job and interacting with sweet smiling faces each day.

Renfrow is the favorite teammate of all. He loves to spend his Wednesdays here at the office. You can find him sleeping or begging to go outside for a walk. Oh how loved he is by our staff and patients here at Southern Smiles.
