Your First Visit

During your first visit to our office, we take the time to understand your concerns and make you feel comfortable. We have a friendly and accessible team who encourages patients or parents to ask questions so they are well-informed before any procedure. We aim to avoid unexpected surprises by informing each patient of everything we will do before we do it.

At your initial appointment, we will greet you, give you a tour of our office, complete initial paperwork, and provide a complimentary, no-obligation orthodontic exam. Patients ready for treatment can proceed with diagnostics to save you from having to visit our office for another appointment. We recommend an observation phase to determine the appropriate time for patients still developing and not yet ready for treatment. Additionally, we will discuss treatment fees, payment options, and insurance benefits.
